About the Role
As a Paramedic, you’ll act as the lead clinician on-site, responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients. You will:
- Deliver high-quality pre-hospital emergency care
- Lead multi-level medical teams at events
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and best practice
- Provide mentorship and support to ECAs, First Aiders, and First Responders
- Maintain clear patient documentation and safe handovers
Requirements
Essential:
- HCPC Registered Paramedic
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and BLS/ALS certification
- Excellent clinical decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Desirable:
- Event medical experience
- Major incident or mass gathering exposure
